At the former Copeland's Restaurant site in Huntsville, AL., Crye-Leike has been contacted by a number of restaurant chains and investors with an interest in redevelopment of the location into a restaurant or sports bar.

The company's Commercial Property division is also actively marketing the 2.3 acre site to budget and limited service hotel chains.

Crye-Leike is currently interveiwing Managing Broker candidates to lead a sales team in leased retail space (near the former Copeland's site) along South Memorial Parkway. Projected Opening - spring 2009.

The prime location along Huntsville's South Parkway has great visibility and potential. The question is... in this economy is there a buyer?
